ORDER PROCESS
Orders may be made via Email or phoned through to our office. On line - When you are satisfied with you order, proceed to the checkout. Follow the checkout process, and when you have finished we will issue a receipt number, which you can print as your receipt. Please Retain for Further References.
OUR POLICIES
SHIPPING:
In stock merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours. Customer will be notified within 24 hours if merchandise is backordered or sold out. Merchandise will be shipped Ausralia Post or Courier. Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs will not be refunded.
DELIVERY METHOD:
You can choose one of the delivery methods, depending on you urgency. Please allow up to (10) days for delivery, although usually deivery will be much quicker. Express overnight shipping available for an additional $6.00 charge.
RETURN POLICY:
RJC is dedicted to providing you with quality customer service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchases that you make. It is our policy that you may return merchandise purchased on our site within (7) days of delivery of a shipment. (See Merchandise In the case of products damaged a refund or replacement product sent. Claims must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise the claim will not be honoured.
Note: No Shipping Charges Will Be Refunded. All refunds will be less shippinng charges.
BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK:
We normally stock have in stock most of our products at any given time, but out of stocks occur on occasions. The out of stock items will be automatically placed on backorder and despatched once they come into stock.
